Plus Subscription

I have a question about the plus subscription,

I did take a subscription on plus rank on August 22nd, the purchase confirmation I got said that the new billing date will be at September 30th, but now I got an email that said that you will be unable to charge the 7 GBP needed for the subscription.

How can I solve this?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, should I email sales@cubecraft.net?
