Hi, I would like to ask, if someone of you know if you can change ip by not contacting the ISP? Because my parents don't care and they don't let me do it. I have dhcp= dynamic ip. So that means I can restart my router and get new ip. I did it like 5 times and still no new ip avaible is there any other way please? Cuz someone in assassination is just ddosing me the whole time when I'm dia. When I fight him he does it again. When I'm dia and he isn't he just ddoses me and I lose my stuff offline... Please help!

DDOSing is something we do not tolerate at all, if you are aware that someone on the server is DDOSing anyone, please gather very solid evidence and then make a player safety thread reporting that player.
As for changing your IP, the time you are leaving the router off may not be enough, sometimes it takes a few hours depending on ISP, your best bet is leaving it off overnight and plugging it back in the morning.

ye, Dylaila reported him on the player safety thread already. But it will probably take some time till it gets look at it. And I will just constantly die because he ddoses me and I lose my stuff everytime. And also I forgot to mention I already turned my router off for a night. But still no new ip. :/

Yes the process behind player safety threads is a bit more through than regular reports so they usually take longer sadly, best thing is waiting for a reply.

Sadly we can't do much about it until the player safety thread is reviewed, your best bet really is changing IP.

And also I forgot to mention I already turned my router off for a night. But still no new ip. :/

You should probably try using another method, there's tutorials online, i'd advise using those
