Add ping status field to sidebar.
I've seen other servers with this feature.
NOTE:
I know that I can use /ping command.
If the ping is High and I open a chest, it takes 3-5 seconds to open.
with this feature I can wait for the ping to go Low. if the game is lagging, running /ping is pointless, because the player will receive the ping_status after 3-5 seconds.
