Pictures on Posts

Hi! So I'm fairly new to the CCG forums, and was wondering how to put a picture or short video/vine on the bottom of my posts. Like, I know you can copy and paste and put down the link, but I see some people have a line or something and it's not just right below the message... anyone understand what I'm trying to say? If so, please tell me!
