Perm mute unfair or not?

Hello, i have a question.

I got muted for swearong. Permanent.
Actually, when i read the rules the 5th time swearing is permanent.
But i swore for the second time, not the fifth.

It is a possibilty that i'm wrong.
anyways, thanks for reading!

Check the appeal page, he was telling the truth about the mutes.

Since you were banned before the rule changes, you were punished under the old rules. If you had gotten the second ban after the change, I believe it should still have been a temp.

But
I read the rules and the punishment track for advertising is warning... 1day... 7days... 30days... perm...
