Theres two things that can fix this: 1) stop using a hacking client 2) If you are not using a hacking client, then check your internet connection, when the connection from you to the server lags and you are breaking blocks, then it causes it to go out of sync and kicks you to prevent issues with the game.
Not always the router, well.. Usually it is, but not always, perhaps you can message me on skype when you are available and I can run some tests with you to check on that? :) #techgeek

It's kind of an Anti-Cheat plugin, I don't think it'll be removed... I don't really know, just my opinion.
Never happened to me but if it thinks you are mining too fast it may do that.

Such as, when you are using an efficiency diamond pickaxe in skywars, and that happens? Mmh, I'll see into this. My connection always lags though. #NeedABetterRouter
