Hello,
My name is ZiodiacNeo/Mr_T.

What is my suggestion?
My suggestion is a small one yet makes a large difference.
Have you ever been in a situation where you need staff but you are unavailable to get them?
Basically, my suggestion is to add a global staff board, but not an ordinary one, staff can do a command e.g. /sba or /staffboardavailable and it will remove/add their name back to the list so if they are busy they can remove it or if they are not they can appear so players can then msg them with their query.

You can always message them on the forums or on discord.

Basically Discord.
If a Staff is online and you want their help, just simply go to #staff-help and they'll try to answer your question or help you asap.
I don't think people should bother staff while they're in-game.
The amount of spam will be so much that they won't be able to help every player who's asking.
