oke so this is regarding to 1.9. THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE PVP
So in 1.9 you can now push players again, please turn this of. this is a simple /gamerule command... so yeah.. its really annoying in the lobby's :/
gamerule being: /gamerule disableElytraMovementCheck true
