Cubecraft I would like you check out this game called One In The Chamber.
To win the game you have to get 20 kills.
You got a sword and one arrow if you shoot someone with the arrow you can kill him just with one arrow but if you hit the other person with sword you kill him with three or four hits.
Also if you have an arrow and you don't use the arrow to kill the other person you got one more arrow so you got two opportunities to shoot the other person.

I know that it is a fun game, but Cubecraft wants to focus on the games that are currently available, so they can improve them. ;)
But I would love that game.

This is already a gamemode in quake craft, which is a game that gets featured every now and then. Only differences are that you need another amount of kills to win (I believe) and that everyone is one-shot, meaning that you'd only need one shot to kill a player.

20 servers have this gamemode. They should focus on making original games instead of adding this one. Adding it wouldn't atract new players

They could add this as a minerware boss game, but then with 10 (?)kills to win. Even Quake craft is very similar to this game.

Yes i want oitc but it should be in 1.8 for sword mechanics
