OBS has some issues

I've OBS now for 6 months and I never had problems with the program, till a couple weeks ago. 'High encoding CPU!'. I put my fps from 40 to 25, doesn't work. I only have minecraft, skype and OBS open when i'm playing minecraft. I don't know what to do ;-;. Can someone help me?

Have you tried reinstalling it?

Doesn't help, I keep the same settings

Make sure to select the 3rd Party Plugins as well as the User Settings.
Please reply if it still doesn't work ;)
