That's the ID giving by Minecraft. You see it because you have advanced tool tips on (I believe)

Hey!

As mentioned by some members of our community, this is because you have enabled advanced tooltips through the debug menu by pressing (F3+Q). Enabling this option will show up the item ID for the item/block being used in the user interface.
