Coding No custom colors in messages

Hi,

Since I really dislike the option to use colours in forum posts I made a forum add-on to "block" this. I'm probably not the only one who doesnt like this, so here you go

Note:
- This does not work when there's coloured text in news threads on the home page
- This also changes the colour of the text in spoiler headers
