new /friend command

hello, today i was thinking about this idea: (Example) when i am in skyblock and my friends are in skywars i can't talk with them because they aren't in the same place like me.

soo i was thinking that you should add a new command for /friends, the command is /friends chat (name)
this command is that you can speak with your friends without being in the same game.

i would like tooo much that you added

This has been suggested before, and I think improvements for the /friend plugin are being worked on ;)
