3_ Con los amigos añadidos en el server ,teletransportandote a el lugar donde esta el compañero (SOLO LOS AÑADIDOS Y NO CUAMDO ESTEN EN UNA PARTIDA)
4_ COLOQUEN UN ANTICHEAT ,EL CUAL TENDRAS QUE DESCARGALO Y NO PODRIAS ENTRA AL SERBER CREEN UN ANTICHEAT ISTEDES ANTIHACKS Y ESO SI CREEN UN VIDEO

Okay 1 I don't think it is necessary due to the fact that they have the amount of players left so you know how many died also a lot of games you can't die in like blockband, TD, Paintball, and more also yes you die in paintball but you just go back to spawn area and they have a kill counter

3. No I wouldn't like having friends in a certain lobby when they joined this could cause many flaws including if someone joins while you are in a lobby and another 1 of their friends is then who do they go to

Finally there already is an anti-cheat as mentioned above
