all the ranks currently are too expensive and some people don't want to pay at least £15 just for a rank so I was thinking maybe add a like $5 or $10 ranks and just include basics like prefix, vanity and chat color or somthing. I think this would make more people get ranks and therefore more money for the server

If you think that the ranks are to expensive, you can buy them on a good sale like 50% or 60% off or you can also get one rank in giveaways (they make them on twitter).
Make sure that if you buy one rank, you'll help the server :)

Ranks are there to help out the server you enjoy playing on. There isn't any ristriction that you have to buyone.
Also, from time to time there are give aways. And also they have sales every so often.
But adding a new rank, would have to need some special items. As all donator ranks have.
As off right now, I think it's fine. But everyone has a different opinion :P
