My oselot spawner dispawn due to chunck bug ! please refund me.

Hello to all the community! I hope you are well.
Me it's going badly, I had already lost my oselot spawnezr due to the bug, but I decided to farm and buy it back. (250k coins is a lot)
And the chunck bug reappeared, and my chunck has rollbacked again.

Here is a screen taken exactly when I buy it, because I was afraid. And another after.

I would like a refund if possible, and that the developer team examine my bug as soon as possible (I have already reported it to the appropriate link)

Cubecraft cant refund items sadly. Even if they were lost due to a bug. You could always try and make a bug report out of it (https://cbecrft.net/bedrockbugs) but chances are it won’t be refunded.

I disagree. Based upon my very limited understanding of programming, it is unreasonable in my opinion to expect staff to do anything more than fix the game going forward. Also, $250,000 coins is easily earned by using a smart strategy using mob droppers.

This is a great game. Yes occasionally glitches happen but that is fairly common for a lot of games.
