My friend is banned permanent for nothing

My friend maulol is banned for nothing he killed an staff and the staff banned him forever but maulol wasnt hacking i was playing with him (my name is TheRedGuy and his name is maulol)
Can you plz unban him. Cubecraft is still his favorite server i hope you can do something for him
