So i’ve been not able to see anyone’s chat and they can’t see mine. i’ve checked my settings, watched youtube videos on it, but i can’t figure out how to be able to chat. any ideas ?

If that doesn’t work then you’re most likely shadow muted, which is something we can’t help you with, as it’s a punishment automatically issued by Microsoft.

I can’t really help you with this since it’s a Microsoft thing. I’d suggest contacting Microsoft support
