If I am right, he'll get a manual warning for inappropriate language if you report him/her.

By saying 'lock Please' Won't it become locked. You can ask Some staff members for locking. @Nikoshka can you lock/add something?

So, buy n' build is gone? It was definitely one of my favourite games before the "update", and I understand that removing it seemed like a good decision, but it's still sad to see it just get removed instead of getting the old buy n build back. Hopefully this new game is good enough, I haven't tried it out yet.
