Shinely and NoMercySkillz were both muted for targeting. Both their mutes would've been permanent, but due to the evidence given in the report against NoMercySkillz it got undone, why? Because it was cropped which as stated in the reporting guidelines, is unacceptable evidence. (Reporting guidelines are here:

To add on to this:
Swearing;
- Requires a warning
- Mutes for 1 hour, 1 day, 1 month, permanent
Targeting; includes death threats and bullying
- Does not require a warning
- Mutes for 1 month, permanent
If one first gets muted for swearing once or multiple times and then for targeting, it will be a permanent mute.
Advertising;
- Does not require a warning
- Mutes 1 day, 1 month, permanent
That's actually wrong, as stated in the guidlines:
Advertising an IP, Youtube/Twitch links and Scam Websites: If an
IP or scam website is advertised, report the player immediately with screenshot evidence, no warnings required.
Players are allowed to LIGHTLY advertise their YouTube/Twitch as long as the advertisement doesn’t devolve into spam. If such is the case, please read above on reporting spammers.
Only if someone mentions an IP or scam website it's an instant mute, if it's spamming YouTube/Twitch or other social media, it requires a warning, if they continue it will result into a mute.
