Moving threads

I don't actually know if this is the case, but I think that all staff should have the ability to move threads. The problem is, whenever a thread is made in the wrong area, it isn't moved to the right one. It's just locked... This clogs the forums of all the bad and silly posts not meant to be there.

If we see a use in the thread, we will move it to the correct section, however if it is something useless, we will lock it and inform them where to post it next time. :)

Helpers, (senior)moderators and admins can for sure move threads.
If you'd like a thread to be moved feel free to tag someone or start a private message :)
