More Vegetables

So I wanted to play the Eggwars map Vegetables for about 3 days now. and everytime i picked a map in the villager i checked vegetables first. and in 3 days time (may be more but did not notice it then) i have not seen a single Vegetables.

Can anyone explain to me How that is possible?

Its just never in the map rotation, and it takes forever to show up, so I guess you're gonna have to be really patient, since vegetables is rare
