Minimaps

I read in the rules mini-maps with players are not allowed but wanted to clarify if this fell under the category. I use a mini-map on the better pvp mod which shows a players location around my close area but only shows the persons location when not shifting. Would this be allowed?

If a mini-map shows a player location, then it wouldn't be allowed no matter the distance.

Any map that shows players no matter what is not allowed. The use of BetterPvP is also not allowed

Rules say I can use health indicators and minimaps so i am allowed to use the mod. Just asking a question
