If you have gotten a receipt via indicating that you have purchased a rank, please contact sales@cubecraft.net with the receipt attached. If you have not received a receipt, most likely the transfer did not go through and no money was taken out. If your bank statements state the the purchase did go though but you haven't got a receipt or a rank, please screenshot the bank statement and send it over to sales@cubecraft.net.

For those concerned about 4 team maps for BedWars Solo and Duos, I doubt they'll be going anywhere. Remember, those maps are designed for both Bedrock and especially Java. If 8 team maps were to arrive, they'll be Bedrock exclusive and can coexist with the 4 team maps without replacing them.
