I agree with laser, isn't the only difference between mods and admins is /gamemode and /tp? Operator wouldn't really have any perks a mod doesn't have.

Admin is basically a glorified version of Mod.

You don't have banning, kicking or muting abilites, apart from that I don't know much. Maybe ask a builder?
