Tbh, the follow button isn't that important. Yes, it doesn't look that great, but the whole site is kinda outdated (no hate^^). The button works, which is enough for me. Thanks for making a suggesion though!

I totally agree with you, the Forums are outdated and there a lot of things to update. But the follow button isn't the most important one.
