Magic and Mayhem (Please Help)

I am having a really hard time getting the cyclone armor from the motts. All I can get is pants and I have tried for 2-3 hours. Is this a bug or is there a better way to grind? I’ve been farming level 35 and 40 motts. Should I be grinding level 15 or 20 instead? Is there a way to dramatically improve the drops? Please help I could use any information possible.

I killed like 300 motts with luck 150+ (I don't remember exactly, but around luck 150)
No Cyclone helmet, only ONE chestplate ://
It's a rare drop

I only have luck 80 so I’ll try upgrading my luck.

It is based on rendom drops. You can of course make your drop chance higher by upgrading your luck.

As far as I know, the lvl of the mott doesn't matter, also not the wand that you kill them with.
