Magic and mayhem bug & please reset my data

Hi! I’d like to share an issue I’ve been having- I upgraded my water wand’s damage attribute BEFORE I got the quest to upgrade my wand, and now when I upgrade my wand it will not complete the quest or do anything. Also even when using my wand against that fire entrance the fire won’t disappear even though everyone else is easily able to pass by that (my friend used the tidepool ability on her wand and got past the fire but mine strangely wouldn’t no matter what I do), is that because I didn’t do the quest? I’m unable to do the quest now, or maybe I’m upgrading the wrong thing?

Please help and actually if its not a hassle can some staff reset my Magic and Mayhem data asap so I can go back from the very start? Or at least complete the quest or something because my wand is at level 4 or 5 but it’s still not doing the quest. I also want to restart so I can record it and make a series out of it before people stop watching Magic and Mayhem videos
