If you are not busy and willing to do this for free i would really appreciate it.

So, i can't find a perfect skin for me and i came looking for someone to make a skin for me :D
I am a Blue fan!

Desc:
Hair: Light Blue, please
Eyes: Light Blue
Clothes: Normal plain detailed short-sleeved blue t-shirt, Normal plain detailed short blue pants.
Skin Tone: Medium
Shoes: Light Blue
