Did you already made a report account by doing /registerreports? If not, that might be the problem. Otherwise I think your password of your profile page isn't linked to your report account. Try filling in your old password and let me know if it worked!
Your reports account is a different account than your forums account, if you wish to reset your password there too, you can do so via this link: https://reports.cubecraft.net/forgotten_password

An example of the server problem I was talking about. You can see the ping mismatch between my client and what the server says. If I was actually lagging, the ping number on my client would be much higher. The ping spike happened after playing a few matches in the server, which makes it impossible to have a long session without lagging or having to relog.
