I actually don't see this happening. The lobby is there for going into gamemodes or meeting up with people.
What u say is a gamemode on it self..

There is no way CCG devolopers are going to add this for a couple of reasons
-its not necessary, there is not a thing that this should be added for a better experience
-The devolopers are really bussy, there are a lot of other things that the devolopers of the CCG server can fix first befor adding this.
-hard to make, ofcourse if cubecraft really wanted to add this they can always add it but its not that easy to make
