I just want to start this suggestion with the fact that it is amazing and completely understandable that links are now disabled in chat. Thank you for that. However, it's not so nice that you can't send links like Cubecraft.net and like https://bans.cubecraft.net/?username=telegamer or twitch.tv/ccgn. Yes you can get to those links via the compass, but like direct links to the 'Report a player' section are sites that aren't in the compass. So I would like to suggest that Cubecraft related links are whitelisted (if possible). Regards, -telegamer ~ Owen
I think it's a better idea to display the links to the forum-report, appeal and news section. That way, if you wan't to help people you can just tell them to look in the compass to find all the links they need. About rank-issues, maybe add the sales@cubecraft.net e-mail as a link as well? About the twitch link, that could be in the ''media'' section in the compass right? This way there is A. an overview of all the important and helpfull links B. a simple way for people who are helping others out to discribe what they should do. C. no annoying link-spammers and advertisers in chat. edit: just checked, the twitch.tv/ccgn is in the MEDIA links section allready.
Good idea! When some one ask me a question, for example where they need to make an appeal, I can't send the link to it. So good idea.
I guess I'll have to agree with this. But can you promise me 1 thing?? Don't ever sign your own thread again.
Agreed. Perhaps alternatively, a /links command could be added? Upon executing this command, various links will show up in your chat that are all related to Cubecraft, such as the Reports section, the forums homepage, the official Twitch, Facebook and YouTube pages etc. This would probably be easier to use and to implement.
This could also be a solution, but it would have to include alot of links in it as us lobby guys use quite a lot links
When you tell someone a link it is allowed but if you post a link in the global chat it isn't. If you want to send a link to someone there is still always "/tell".
