Bedrock Life Meters Separated From Player

Hey all! I've noticed that in most games there are a few players whose life/damage meters are separated from the player and stay in one place the whole game. Is this a known bug? Or does this represent a hack by the player? Thanks!

Personally I haven't seen this before so I reckon its a bug, if you see this happen again try to get a video of it and a screenshot of a '/whereami' output in the chat.
