can you use /level username to see to username its leven

As of currently, it's not possible to use this command (this looks like a question to me), though if you meant it as a suggestion then I'm neutral. On the one hand, I don't really mind. But on the other hand, why exactly?

If you just scroll over a name with your mouse button you can see someones level . I know you can’t see the levels of muted players as they cant typ anything in chat but I think this is a bit unnecessary

Yes but you can see that if the player is muted or if it’s in game of other than skywars/ffa/assassinations
So it can look like /lvl Lezappen
And I have to get something like
This player’s lvl is 94 for exsample

if you put your mouse on the ign of the player then you see the name rank and level of that player

Well when you see lvl 100 or higher you will be more afraid then when you see someone lvl 10.That can affect your type of play against the person etc

Honestly, I don't think this is very useful. I am currently level 107 but most people who are level 60 or even less are better than me. I don't really see the point of adding this because a number does not always say how skilled someone is.

There are actually two reasons to add this.
- Being able to see a players level , if he doesn't chat.
-Curiosity
Yes, why not. Not sure if it's possible, it's not a priority for sure.
