Lava idea for team skywars

I think in Team Skywars a lot of team killing happens with lava placing and i think you should only be allowed to place lava only if your team mates 8 blocks away from you or if a enemy 5 blocks away from you becuase team mates could place lava 1 block away from you and it would move and hit you

8 blocks seems a little far. If someone is devoted to killing a teammate you can't really stop them no matter what limitations you put on them (Unless their banned :P). Maybe have the lava rule 2-3 blocks.
