i think only donors can do that and the exact date (noone knows except the creators)
but i am EXCITED TOO

Only donators can do that, but I think it is the same as SkyWars Abilities; it looks cool but the developer(s) take more time for bugfixing than for those new things.
Until then you'll just have to be patient :)

I think people care more about bugs and lags than about those things.
Imagine launching fireworks and other cool things with so much bugs you can't even play properly.

Why do firework bows, and villager launchers exist? Cuz its so fun xD it doesn't make that big of a lag either, or you just have a bad pc.

They were removed for problems which would be caused in future updates.



There is no exact date for the release of them; the Developer is working on the bugs that are being reported continuously on the Bugs section, which also answers your question,
