LAG!

Guys I need help I am just lagging too much on CubeCraft! How can i fix this?
(btw the blue is me looking at the void)

I get 800 at the best of times :P. When I used to play on my other laptop I got 1 FPS every time I played. My highest i got on that laptop was 3 fps on a single player world lol.
