Labymod in 1.9 is baneable?

Hello, I want to know if the labymod in 1.9 is baneable? is earlier in the 1.8 was not baneable, but now with the 1.9 not be... would appreciate your response

PD: I don´t speak english good, for this text, I use the translator xD

The labymod is allowed. You cannot report a player whilst using it though.
