As stated above, LabyMod is allowed, as long as you're not creating reports as you can change one's name. If you want to find out more, @Lezappen is making a list of allowed mods on the server.

Labymod is allowed. Unless if you use the mini map to find players easily , than it's not because it'll give you an unfair advantage.
It's also not allowed for reports due to the name edit function the mod provides.
