Sure, it can be annoying at times, but that's how it has ever been, when it comes to multiplayer gamodes.
Sometimes your connection might go down, as well as the opponent's connection.
You should have respect to the fact, that non EU players always have higher ping, because of their regions.

Is it because of your ping or the FPS ?

Maybe its PING lagg? I got FPS drops in some maps but the duels are going great in my opinion.

Lag is great. Makes people get mad at you because you lag. If I had a dollar for every time I got called lagger, I would be rich.
