i have an idea, when people choose a kit and spawn they would have to wait another minute until they can choose another kit, this will decrease the chances scince people will have to wait ages.

so basically your just telling other players to hug you... I mean hey man hug me that's what it would sound like lol.. I vote no.
No offence but /dispose doesn't work anyway. Instead of throwing them the stuff they can be killed and they take the loot or log out and the loot goes on the floor. It does not stop it and most of the suggestions to prevent it doesn't work. It also stops helping team like if your team wants diamond things, you can't throw them the loot.
I don't think there is any plug-in that can completely stop kit farming but only ones that can decrease the chance of it

Jesus Tapdancing Christ in a tuxedo t-shirt. Is kit farming REALLY that big of a deal on Cubecraft? I've never seen anyone ask to be killed. Ever.
A censor's not gonna change anything. It'd be a minor annoyance if anything. This is like trying to stop a bear from going through your garbage by throwing a marshmallow at it.
Whether they know what it means or not, still be pretty funny and may put some people off
