Thx everyone for replying!! In my opnion it is just like a staff rank that has more powers then helper, because helpers has a few commands. It would also make the job of a mod easier if there was a small group that can just watch the Player Reports and they can only temporary ban, they can not ban peops for life.

It still is possible to change the rank name of helper to Jr. Mod since it makes more sense.

yup helper is Jr.mod so theres no point in having it as a staff rank

Adding another rank to the mix of already existing ranks would hinder how things are done.

I know that a big concern with many players is the amount of player reports/amount of hackers and rulebreakers there are on the server. Though, adding a rank that gets less perms than a full Mod but more perms than Helper just doesn't feel like it would be helpful in any way. Especially with the way the punishment system is done now (not getting into any specifics).
