I've a problem today in hunger games

Today I was playing hunger games OP and an obsidian player hackusate me. And he or she started to do teams (in solo mode) with other players who believed her/him (maybe because he/she is ranked). What's the procedure? It's that baneable with a video evidence (making teams in solo mode)?. It was an awful moment. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can report people for teaming in solo games. You do need to give them a warning and tell them to stop teaming and that it isn't allowed. Once you've done that and they ignored your warning, feel free to report those players (like you said with video evidence)
