Hello there,
As you may know, there are two types of skyblock profiles, solo and co-op. Unfortunately, you can't reset your solo profile. However, if you're talking about a co-op island, you can always leave/delete that profile and make a new (co-op) one. So IMO, even for playing solo, if you want to be able to start over, working with co-op profiles is the way to go.
