OK is it just me or is the the 500 arrow blot out the sun quest insanely hard to do ??

Not particularly. The only thing that might seem hard is buying a lot of gravel; however, you should have already developed a stable source of income by the time you got that quest. Feathers are the easiest part: you can just kill chickens on your own, as I did, or make the auto farm.

You need a bit off time but if you have enough money it should be very easy.

If you barely focused on money making till that point like me yes it can look hard at first glance. As soon you have a way of making money it becomes easy. Having a good resource for money will also help alot with future quests

Yea, some of the quests later on are significantly harder. Like gathering 50,000 glowstone
