Is this allowed? Giving items to others to win in skywars solos?

I caught 2 players teaming for a moment I didn't get the clips where they were killing the players because. The screen recorder I had pinned I had to remove it due to lag so I had to use Google Chrome I didn't get the clips where they were giving the items I only caught when they were done and one of them falls to the void This gives me a feeling that their doing this over and over now I pay with mobile players and most of them are kids so they don't care what happens
