Is there any way I could apply for Cubecraft YouTube Rank even though I don't meet the requirements?

I'm looking for a way to apply for a YouTube Rank on Cubecraft. Unfortunately, whenever I try to do the regular application process, it just says I don't have enough subscribers to apply. Is there any other way that I can apply for YouTube rank without meeting the requirements?

Alongside making high-quality content on Cubecraft, a lot of my Cubecraft videos have gotten a good amount of views.
