Is my Rank connected to my email?

So, I want to change my account email, but I don't want my account to lose its rank. Is the rank linked to my username, email, or account id?

Literally everything (statistics, loot, ranks, points, ...) is bound to your UUID, which never changes.
You can safely change your Minecraft email or username without losing anything. :)
