Is it Admin abuse? or a Ban BUG?

Hi i was banned by an Admin named Iselciour by the reason
"Innapropiated Skin" the problem that i have is that the month already
pass and i already have another skin and i did learn the lesson. Im
just worried about my account because i believe there is a bug on my
ban. "I was supposly banned 1970" Here is the Ban Info:

It's not 'Admin abuse', when you have an inappropriate skin you get banned.

It's not "Admin abuse" if you break the rules.
And you didn't have to wait a month. You could've simply appealed, saying you changed your skin. Then, you would've been unbanned.
You're unbanned now though.
