Hello dear support team
I was wrongly banned by CubeCraft about 2 days ago.
I was banned because I supposedly used a hack client, or rather "KB".
This is not true because I do not use modified clients or anything else that violates the guidelines & rules.
Why didn't I get a KnockBack?
Quite simply I have had internet problems for days and a very high ping,

I built myself up and got hits from the opponents.
What happened to me in the game from minute 0:05:
I built myself up and what it's like when you have a high ping, I didn't see the player (opponent) because he didn't stand in front of me at all,
Unfortunately I can not prove that I had a bad ping.
However, you can clearly see that I had a bad ping because I did not react to the player's hits because, as I said (above), he "did not stand in front of me"
You should actually recognize this and if you are already working in a large network as a moderator, you will recognize that I have a bad ping and do not use any modified clients
I also find it very strange that such a large network does not even have a reply system and the information when I was playing is not displayed in the round for the mods.
So you can avoid such situtaion like now with me so dear team does that :)
I would like to hear a statement from the Xiika moderator who banned me.
I have been playing cubecraft since it was realset and have not broken the guidelines or the rules
If I really hacked I would not bother to write these texts and would simply create a new account. LolxD
As everyone with a brain knows, you cannot play normally with a high ping and you are totally lying for the other players.

Hey.
It's very nice, that you show evidence behind your words, however the forums aren't the place to appeal.
If you want to get unbanned, then make an appeal/start a conversation with the staff member that punished you.
